Carolina Medi-Spa

Located in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, the spa is a division of Central Dermatology Center and occupies a 2,000-square-foot suite adjoining the Dermatology Practice. There are six private aesthetic treatment rooms as well as an intimate waiting area, and a large Product Room with complexion and photo analysis tools. The spa's treatment philosophy is focused on laser and skin-care in a soothing environment to help clients achieve truly beautiful skin. In 2008 the spa was awarded the "Best of Chapel Hill Award" in the Physicians category by the U.S. Local Business Association (USLBA).

There is a board-certified dermatologist on-site with other staff members such as registered nurses, aestheticians, licensed massage therapists, physician assistants, and an image consultant and a makeup artist are also available. Therapies focus on personalized non-surgical medical cosmetic procedures and aesthetic spa treatments blending together luxury, medicine, and aesthetics. Treatments include Botox®, Juvederm, Restylane®, Cosmoderm/Cosmoplast therapies for wrinkles, Sculptra, facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, sclerotherapy, electrolysis, waxing services, complexion analysis, Blu-u Photodynamic therapy, and massage. The spa uses the latest laser technology to treat skin and cosmetic problems safely, quickly, and precisely. Laser services feature IPL, the Fraxel Repair and Restore Treatment Systems, Smart-Lipo, PPX Photopneumatic Painless Skin Rejuvenation, LightSheer Diode Laser, YAG Laser, VersaPulse Vascular Laser, the Isolaz, and laser tattoo removal. Men's services are available as well as complimentary consultations conducted by skilled professionals to customize treatments and programs.
